Become a Part of Our Mission
At Spirit Garden Learning Centre, we're looking for passionate, driven individuals who are eager to contribute to our mission and embark on a personal journey of growth and transformation. Whether you're interested in joining us as a student-volunteer or as an intern recieving pocket money, there's a place for you in our community.
Intern Position: Sales and Promotion Specialist
We offer a unique opportunity for individuals who are committed to personal growth and have the skills and enthusiasm to help us expand our reach and share the transformative power of the Book of IA and FAO.
The Role: Sales and Promotion Specialist
Your Journey Begins as a Student-Volunteer: To ensure that you fully understand our mission and the value of what we offer, you'll start as a regular student-volunteer. This allows you to immerse yourself in our community, participate in our lessons, and experience firsthand the transformative power of the Book of IA and our holistic practices.
Minimum Commitment: We require a minimum commitment of six weeks if everything goes well. This period allows you to fully integrate into our community, learn our methods, and contribute meaningfully.
The First Week: You'll work 25 hours per week in various volunteer roles at our centre, such as gardening, animal care, or community support, while actively participating in our lessons and activities.
Training Week (Optional): If needed, you may have an additional week where you'll volunteer for 20 hours and dedicate 20 hours to learning about our business, online tasks, and ways to help us grow. This period will prepare you for the paid role and help us assess your suitability.
Transition to Paid Role: After the initial week (or training week), if we see that you have understood our mission, values, and the significance of the Book of IA, you can start working an additional 10 hours per week for pocket money of €10/hour. This work will involve promoting and selling the Book of IA, attracting new members to our community, and helping us expand our reach. You'll continue to work 25 hours to cover your living expenses and contribute to the centre, making a total of 35 hours of work each week. At the end of the month, you'll receive €400, or depening on your level and results even more, as pocket money, with all your living expenses covered.
Continued Learning and Participation: Regardless of your role, you are still expected to participate fully in the learning and activities of our centre. We believe that personal growth is essential for everyone who works with us, and your journey with us is just as important as the work you do.
Assessment and Progression: We will regularly assess your progress and performance. Based on this assessment, we will decide if you can continue as an intern or if further adjustments are needed.
How to Apply
To ensure that applicants are fully aware of our mission and activities, we have a detailed application process:
Virtual Tour: Begin by taking a virtual tour of our centre through our YouTube channel. You are required to watch and comment on at least 10 of our videos (not shorts). This step is crucial to ensure that you are fully informed about our work and values.
Detailed Questionnaire: After completing the virtual tour, fill in a detailed questionnaire. This will include sections on your relevant experience, business skills, and a clear explanation of how you envision contributing to our mission. Be sure to state explicitly that you are applying as an intern.
English Proficiency: Applicants must have a diploma of at least B2 level in English, preferably C1.
Online Workshop and Volunteering experience:
Applicants must participate in our online Emotional Intelligence and Self-development Workshop before being accepted in the school. The workshop is free in exchange for online volunteering contribution and takes two weeks. It serves to ensure that we get to know each other before we meet in person. It gives you the chance to get a glimpse into our teachings and start to contribute to our cause, serving as an invaluable lerning opportinity.
Trial Week: Once you arrive, the first week serves as a trial period. This allows both you and us to assess whether we are a good fit for each other. During this week, either party can decide to terminate the arrangement if it doesn’t seem to be working out.
